2010-2010 (2010)

with three more months before knowing we'd part ways, izaak, lucas, scott and myself started this band and wrote these songs and played one show at the end of those three months. we were able to record at a warehouse and the recordings are great. it sounds kinda like post punk and kinda surfy i guess. its got the cali juices all over it.

if you like these jams, theres more coming. we started a new band with almost all the same dudes and it sounds somewhat similar, maybe a bit happier and thats called 2001. its one continuous song, but if you really wanna skip through theres technically 5 songs on there, but we just liked playing all the way through.

Luis Gutee and Scott Schaus- Phat Chants (2010)

so this is an album that came out of a two one-man-band act tour. Scott has a couple of songs in there and i have a few as well. its very easy to tell the songwriting apart, but the album flows pretty well and it was really good to play these songs the way they were arranged up and down the coast over the summer. this album was recorded and put together in 48 hours ( the music was written beforehand, haha) but the sound is good and it gives it a darker atmosphere.
